Department Of Dairy & Food Chemistry

Mission & Vision : Department of Dairy & Food Chemistry is playing a very vital role in fulfilling the main mandate of the institution by imparting required knowledge in the field of chemistry to B.Tech DT & FT graduates. Main emphases is being given on fundamental knowledge of Dairy & Food chemistry beside total quality assurance. Department has already completed two research projects & is providing assistance to research projects run by other departments & institutes Deptt. is well equipped with all the required equipments including GLC, Nitrogen analyzer, UV spectrophotometer, Milkoscan etc.
