Mission & Vision: Department of Dairy & Food Engineering is playing a very vital role in fulfilling the main mandate of the institution by imparting required knowledge in the field of Engineering for B.tech DT& FT graduates. Main emphasis is given on fundamental knowledge of Dairy & Food Engineering. The Department is equipped with seven well-developed laboratories. The department is engaged in conducting all engineering and related courses of the college, a part from this the department is also working on certain research projects.
